I have always been a hard working woman with big goals! Wanting more than just "THE NORM".
I would create 5 year plans by forecasting my hopes, dreams and aspirations. Setting achievable goals and using a variety of work focused strategies enabled me to visually monitor my progress, identifying what was and wasn't working and making those changes to keep my goals on track to be a success.
This strategy as a method of accountability to myself has kept me motivated and on task to accomplish my big goals - and some smaller ones too, within the timeframes set.
